HOT OFF THE PRESS!!! Norwalk Community College is now offering a BASIC MOTORCYCLE SAFTEY COURSE. The Basic Rider Course (BRC) provides you with both classroom and on-cycle instruction. It is designed to prepare you with awareness and knowledge necessary for safe motorcycling. In most cases (but not all) it will also provide you with the basic ability to operate a motorcycle. You must have either a valid driver’s license or motorcycle permit to register for this class. Motorcycle will be provided. Class size is limited. Fee: $165 nonrefundable. To register, please complete: 1. The NCC registration/application form (if you need confirmation, enclose a self-addressed, stamped postcard. 2. The State of Connecticut registration/waiver form. Please sign both sides (if you are under eighteen years of age a parent or guardian must also sign). You may register by mail, in person or FAX (203 857-7388); payment is by check, money-order, or credit card (MasterCard or Visa): Basic class $165; Private class $700 or Semi-private $350. All fees are non-refundable, unless the course is canceled. You must attend and participate in ALL sessions, IN SEQUENCE. No exceptions. Any absence will require you to register for another course, pay again, and start from the beginning. If you know you will miss a session due to a vacation, wedding, etc. do not enroll.
