Norwalk Community College is now offering a BASIC MOTORCYCLE SAFTEY COURSE.
The Basic Rider Course (BRC) provides you with both classroom and on-cycle instruction. It is designed to prepare you with awareness and knowledge necessary for safe motorcycling. In most cases (but not all) it will also provide you with the basic ability to operate a motorcycle. You must have either a valid driver’s license or motorcycle permit to register for this class. Motorcycle will be provided. Class size is limited. Fee: $165 nonrefundable.
To register, please complete:
1. The NCC registration/application form (if you need confirmation, enclose a self-addressed, stamped postcard.
2. The State of Connecticut registration/waiver form. Please sign both sides (if you are under eighteen years of age a parent or guardian must also sign).
You may register by mail, in person or FAX (203 857-7388); payment is by check, money-order, or credit card (MasterCard or Visa): Basic class $165; Private class $700 or Semi-private $350. All fees are non-refundable, unless the course is canceled.
You must attend and participate in ALL sessions, IN SEQUENCE. No exceptions. Any absence will require you to register for another course, pay again, and start from the beginning. If you know you will miss a session due to a vacation, wedding, etc. do not enroll.

While during the last months many pored over the most minute tidbits of information to speculate on the future of the extremely controversial Hoka Hey Challenge (2010-2011), others intend to prove that a motorcycle endurance run 1- can be legal on public roads without any unnecessary endangerment of its riders and of the public, 2- can generously benefit charities named in advance, 3- and can guarantee in advance that cash & prizes money will be distributed…. as advertised and the day of arrival, not 8 weeks later!

Edelweiss Introduces Affordable European Tours on a Triumph

Yamaha Champions Riding Conduct Seminars at Upcoming Motorcycle Shows

The Yamaha Champions Riding School’s group of No. 1 plate holders, class champions, club champions, track record-holders and national champions, including two-time AMA Champion Nick Ienatsch, top-10 AMA Superbike finisher Ken Hill and World Superbike and AMA Superbike champion Scott “Mr. Daytona” Russell, will step off the track and onto the stage at select upcoming Progressive International Motorcycle Shows to conduct advanced motorcycle riding clinics aimed at helping motorcycle riders of all skill levels.
